Thank you for choosing to extend your guarantee. Clearpond will support the extended guarantee as offered on selected Oase and Pondmax products as listed in the supplier’s product information. To register for the Extended Guarantee, simply fill in the form below. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to register for the Extended Guarantee.
Please complete all of these questions fully for your Extended Guarantee to be processed. On receipt of your completed registration, Clearpond will email you an Extended Guarantee Confirmation. The Extended Guarantee begins from the end of the standard warranty period for the product purchased.
Where the recipient of the goods is aged 17 years or under, we request that a parent/guardian complete the extended guarantee.
Your privacy is important to us and a copy of the Privacy Statement may be found on the Clearpond website or may be requested in writing to our Privacy Officer. All personal information collected on the questionnaire is primarily used to maintain a database for Extended Guarantee, internal research, product and marketing initiatives. Your information will not be supplied to any other organisation unless we are required to provide it by law.
New Zealand Consumer Warranty Information:
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement, refund or repair at the sole judgment of Clearpond in the case of a warranty claim is approved by Clearpond.
The Warranty is given by Brustics Ltd trading as Clearpond NZ; contactable by phone or email. To make a claim under the Warranty you must return the faulty product freight paid to Clearpond, 194 Bush Rd Albany, Auckland 0632 or to the place of purchase with a valid receipt or proof of purchase and the product must be accompanied by a completed warranty request form.
